We want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with The Balm Company. If for any reason you change your mind, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Items must be in resaleable condition

You must notify us within the 14 day return window

Because our products are skincare items, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may choose any tracked service to send your product back to us.

We recommend using a service with tracking for your peace of mind, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not arrive back with us.

 

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebalmcompany.com with the photo of the issue.

We will replace the item as quickly as possible and cover any return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

 

Non - Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with UK health and safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns on: 

  • opened skincare products
  • used skincare products
  • balms, cleansers, or lip products with broken seals
  • Gift cards and digital downloads are also non-returnable.
