Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy in line with UK consumer law.
Returns eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items
